HAPPY TURKEY DAY

Lady Ellyllon Rhoslyn of Fae
aka:"COOKIE"
6 & 1/2 months old
Been awhile since I posted a picture of our furbaby. Cookie is THE BEST dog ever. Very well-behaved, sweet disposition, smart and very regal. Then again.... why wouldn't she be. She has "friends in Royal places". LOL!

I know everyone has been wondering about the Arkansas case and Betty BOOTH. It's not exactly settled yet. We had tenatively agreed to settle...... but seems the wording of the settlement may be a problem and more than likely this will be REset for trial. In trying to figure out wording that is legal, to Betty's liking and doesn't put me at a disadvantage, we discoverd some MORE interesting laws that Betty may have blantantly broken . Also found some interesting Arkansas law that sways this case even more strongly in my favor...... plus Arkanas now subscribes to the Unified Trust Code... which is yet another feather in my cap. Unless she agress to settle on my terms.... it would be to my advantage to go ahead with the lawsuit using this new info and be able not only to easily win this case... but possibly take 1/2 of everything she owns. Never was my intention to "play dirty".... I only wnted my Father's personal property. However..... if she doesn't want to be fair .... then I guess I have no choice but to stoop to her level. It's really sad that this woman who says she loved my Father is doing everything in her power to deny him his final wishes. Will keep everyone informed on what happens. Hopefully she will sign the settlement and we can all be done with this saga.

Not much else has been going on. We have been spending alot of time traveling. Once the snow starts, I am homebound tho. I refuse to travel in the snow. I HATE driving in snow. I HATE SNOW!!!! Good tme to get some sewing done and get our website revamped for 2008. Been spending too much time playing lately and have let obligations slip.

Your dinner will be the talk of the TOWN!!

You should try this!

Sure to bring smiles from your guests!

Here is a new way to prepare your Thanksgiving Turkey.
1. Cut out aluminum foil in desired shapes.

2. Arrange the turkey in the roasting pan, position the foil carefully. (see attached picture for details)

3. Roast according to your own recipe and serve.

4. Watch your guests' faces...

May your stuffing be tasty

May your turkey plump,

May your potatoes and gravy

Have never a lump.

May your yams be delicious

And your pies take the prize,

And may your Thanksgiving dinner

Stay off your thighs!
